TCRC offers a wide array of programs and services that benefit persons with developmental disabilities and visual impairments who live and work in our community. The agency operates twelve facilities located in Tazewell County, Illinois. Job training and placement, goal-oriented therapy, case management, community day services, help for the visually impaired, vocational services, homelike residential programs and our Springboard program all have an important place in the TCRC goal of “Caring for People…Birth to Seniors.”

Jamie Durdel serves as the President & CEO of TCRC. Jamie came to TCRC in 2005 and served as Vice President of Residential Services and Senior Vice President of Programs before taking on the President & CEO role in 2011. Jamie has spent his entire career in the Not-For-Profit sector, beginning at the Children’s Home Association of Illinois in 1995. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University and a Master’s Degree in Human Service Administration from University of Illinois.
Greg Cassidy joined TCRC in 2011 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all programing. Greg has been providing services to individuals with disabilities for the past 30 years. Beginning as a direct care worker and moving through different opportunities with local agencies in central Illinois. Greg has a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Administration from Southern Illinois University.
Amy Svymbersky joined TCRC as VP of Finance in 2014 with over 20 years experience in accounting and financial management. She oversees the accounting team and is responsible for all internal and external reporting, budgeting and coordinates the annual financial audit. Prior to that, Amy spent most of her career in local television in a similar leadership role. She has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Illinois Central College and attended Bradley University.
Elizabeth (Libby) Holbrook serves as Vice President of Behavioral Health Services at TCRC. Libby came to TCRC in 1999 as the Vice President of Training and Quality Improvement. Libby has held several other positions before taking her current role in 2019. Libby has worked in the Not-For-Profit sector for over 40 years, beginning at the Hudelson Baptist Children’s Home in 1982. Libby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Illinois State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Illinois.
Michael Legan came to TCRC in 2011 and has served as the Vice President of Residential programs for the past twelve years. Michael has spent his professional career in Central Illinois with various agencies and in private practice as a Psychometrician, Clinician, Therapist, Counselor and Assessment Specialist. Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1987 and Master’s Degree in 1990, both in Psychology from Illinois State University. Michael has held his Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors credentials since 1997.
Debbi Wendel serves as the Vice President of Community Day Services. Debbi has worked for TCRC since July 1996. Debbi has worked in the social services field, both for profit and Not-For-Profit sector her entire career and has worked in Illinois, Iowa, and North Carolina. Debbi holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University in Music Therapy.
Molly Anderson is the Vice President of Special Grants and Transportation at TCRC. Molly came to TCRC in 2007 and served as Vice President of Residential Services, Vice President of Community Programs and Vice President of Grant Administration. Molly has spent her career in the Not-For-Profit sector, beginning at the Children’s Home Association of Illinois in 1995. Molly holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Illinois University, a Master’s Degree in Human Development Counseling from Bradley University and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
Nichole Griffin serves as the Vice President of Quality Improvement. Nichole came to TCRC in 1992 and has had several roles during her time, including Case management for CDS and Employment Services, Social Work for Sight Center services, and as the Director of Case management Services before taking on the role of Quality Improvement for the agency. Nichole holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University and has spent her entire career with TCRC.
Megan Olt serves as the VP of Community Programs for TCRC. Megan came to TCRC in 2013 and served as The Sight Center Director and then moved to Director of Community Relations before taking on the VP of Community Programs in 2021. Megan has spent her entire career in the Not-For-Profit sector, beginning at the Children’s Home Association of Illinois in 1998. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Psychology and a minor in Child Development. Megan has lived in Pekin, IL her entire life, and married her high school sweetheart and had 2 kids.
